Job Description
Do you have experience in operating heavy-duty stamping equipment
We are looking for motivated and responsible HTL Line Conductors to join our team and run high-tonnage stamping lines in a dynamic automotive production environment.
Your Role: HTL Line Conductor
As an HTL Line Conductor you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of high-tonnage stamping lines ensuring consistent product quality and optimal machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Start up shut down and monitor the stamping line during operations
Ensure the production of stamped parts meets quality and dimensional standards
Perform routine visual checks and minor adjustments or maintenance as needed
Report technical issues to maintenance or engineering teams
Coordinate with press operators forklift drivers and logistics teams
Follow safety protocols and production procedures
Qualifications :
Technical background or hands-on experience in press line operation
Previous work experience with high-tonnage or servo stamping lines is a strong advantage
Basic understanding of press setup tooling and material flow
Ability to detect quality issues and react promptly
Team player with good communication and coordination skills
