Job Description
- To have a confident and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Manage the outlet fully responsible for team members stock cash handling and ensuring the customer receives excellent service.
- To be able to promote products understand composite and processes including menu ingredients allergens and service style etc
- To be fully conversant with key aspects of the till system including reporting and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Actively work with other departments to ensure that guests have the best experience possible
- To be responsible for the management of all staff working in your area ensuring they are briefed and trained and that you develop and coach them throughout the shift.
- To ensure that all company policy and procedure is followed including health & safety hygiene legislation and employment law.
- To deal with any customer feedback or complaints and report any service or quality issues.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team and use own initiative to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
- Ability to manage small teams of staff within one area to serve customers efficiently throughout peak trading periods mitigating any issues smoothly
- Ensuring the unit is clean and ready for service throughout the day
- To be responsible for cash handling and profit control measures within the concessions unit
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- To be reliable with a flexible approach to work.
- Must be able to work evening & weekends availability.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to manage small groups of staff to ensure the unit runs smoothly
- Can take responsibility for staff stock and cash handling
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident friendly and personable manner
- Good communicator
- Excellent eye for detail
- A self-starter with a passion for excellence
- Able to use initiative to resolve problems
- Knowledge of licensing law
- Must have had previous experience in a similar role.
