Job Description
SeamonWhiteside is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our growing Surveying team as a CAD Technician in our Mount Pleasant SC office.

Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare plans for residential commercial retail and office buildings
- Layout water & sewer utilities plans
- Prepare site plans
- Complete grading plans
- Prepare preliminary plats
- Perform quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- Experience: 2 years of progressive experience in land survey field operations
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of the outdoors
- Knowledge of tree species
- Valid SC Drivers License
- Civil3D
