Director Omnichannel Retail Technology & Process Optimization
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Retail Omnichannel Technology and Process Optimization to lead the transformation and modernization of our in-store and omnichannel technology capabilities across Vans The North Face and Timberland brands in the Americas region.
This role is a critical leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the technology strategy that fuels growth across physical retail and digital commerce. Reporting to the Senior Director of Retail Operations the successful candidate will serve as a strategic cross-functional partner to our Digital Technology and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) leadership teams.

Own and evolve three core DTC capabilities:
Omnichannel Enablement Drive innovation and integration across fulfillment inventory visibility and customer experience journeys (e.g. BOPIS BORIS Endless Aisle).
Retail Technology Lead the deployment performance and evolution of in-store systems (POS mobile devices network clientele tools).
Process Optimization Evaluate end-to-end store operations processes to identify opportunities for labor efficiency cost reduction and elevated customer service. Partner with Store Ops DT LP and HR to implement changes that increase productivity and improve associate and guest experience. Develop a multi-year roadmap aligning omnichannel tech and store process priorities with brand and business goals.

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience:
10 years general management experience in the retail/DTC field or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge skills and ability.
Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Hiring Range:
$185760.00 USD - $232200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
