Job Title: Pharmacy Funding and Reimbursement Specialist II
Locations: Kansas City MO HYBRID
Get To Know Us:
Rhe fiduciary team is accountable for appropriately managing the companys funding from customers to pharmacies (end to end processes). This includes invoicing clients funding applications cycle releases and the reconciliation of funds in addition to other requests. We work with internal clients such as account management call center billing accounting legal and PNO as well as external clients including health plans pharmacies print vendors and banks. Our team is also currently working on the design and implementation of the finance modules of DomaniRx!

What You Will Get To Do:
- Monitor all daily bank activity to ensure all monies are applied appropriately.
- Intermediate level support work on semi-routine tasks to support operations. This includes new client set-ups establishing EFTs (direct deposit) for clients and pharmacies provide support for check payments through the void/reissue process check copies and stales process.
- You will work with multiple different audit teams to provide population and samples for Financial System and Regulatory audits.
- Will follow defined company policies and procedures but understands when to deviate from standard practice.
- Occasional weekend coverage will be necessary for a few hours as a shared responsibility within the group.
- Requires minimal supervision on daily work and can rely on detailed instructions for task completion.
- Should have the ability to think through the scenarios for potential outcomes and consequences to come up with correct solutions with minimal assistance to develop new processes and procedures.
- Shows initiative to research items out of the ordinary for ad-hoc questions and management projects.
What You Will Bring:
- 1-2 years Rx Nova experience (not required).
- Knowledge of TSO (AKA Blue Zone 3270) (not required).
- Intermediate level knowledge of Excel.
- Proven communication skills.
- Following issues/tasks that can last weeks through to completion.
- Embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations changes in direction and altering priorities.
- Must be willing to work on site in the Kansas City MO office at least 6 days/month.
