Job Description
- Lead end-to-end management of RCM projects including implementation optimization and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (billing coding IT compliance) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management healthcare operations or project management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training and/or experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of RCM processes including billing coding and payer regulations.
- Proven experience managing client accounts or customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g. Asana Trello MS Project) and RCM platforms (e.g. Epic Athenahealth NextGen).
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information :
Education:
- High School Diploma (Required).
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
