Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to restock the mini bar during and after guests stays.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for replenishing and maintaining mini bars in the guest rooms ensuring accurate billing and providing a high level of customer service. This role plays a key part in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that mini bar items are fresh stocked and presented neatly in a clean unit.
Qualifications :
High school diploma required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Basic math and computer skills.
Mini bar refrigerators
Computer
Register
Ability to lift and carry supplies and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Must be able to work with and understand financial information and date and basic arithmetic functions.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
