What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities
Designs and implements solutions to resolve client generated challenges by:
o Assessing / auditing existing product ecosystems and recommending optimization strategies based on client objectives past experience and industry best practice
o Designing relevant and multi-faceted architecture / documentation to support recommended approaches
o Creating comprehensive roadmaps governing near- and long-term actions and
o Contributing to solution project estimation scope definition resource allocation and timeline development.
Recommends management and governance policies using client constraints.
Creates roadmaps for solutions and related design deployment and enhancement.
Manage & Drive Platform Maturity
- Investigate scope and design new capabilities (e.g. business-facing data catalogue private networking for Databricks).
- Define architectural standards for Databricks and Azure ecosystems (e.g. right-sized SQL warehouse endpoints)
- Recommend new tools and methods for competitive advantage
Strategic Guidance
- Advise on industry trends (e.g. Lakehouse Architecture Unity Catalogue integration).
- Translate business needs into technical requirements (e.g. compliance with GDPR/NIST frameworks)
- Go beyond execution to help shape the platforms future.
Collaboration
- Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to balance innovation with operational constraints.
Strategic Influence & Mentorship
- Define and Refine data strategy & Architecture.
- Industry Insights sharing
- Collaborate on defining the data platform roadmap
- Mentor Internal team and promote best practices

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 6-8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
