Due to company growth we are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for two Events Coordinators to join a dynamic and growing company in Scarborough.
In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of events from initial planning to completion. This includes booking attendees organising venues designing event layouts coordinating food and beverages and gathering feedback post-event.
We are looking for individuals with a background in office-based Customer Service a commitment to continuous improvement and excellent skills in coordination organisation and time management. A strong attention to detail is also essential for this position.
Some of the Events Coordinator responsibilities will be:
This will be working full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm earning a salary between 25000-27000 depending on experience.
Please note while the office is based in Scarborough you will be required to travel to events around the country once or twice a month. Accommodation will be provided but you will need to have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be successful in this role.
