Job Description
Cleveland Janitorial Varied Night Shift Project Team Member at Scioto Services
Shift: Varied Schedules
Schedule 1 - Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday and Saturday; 5:30pm - 1:30am.
Schedule 2 - Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday; 5:30pm - 1:30am.
Hourly Rate: $16.00
Benefits: Medical Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays and 401K.
Location: Cleveland and Surrounding Areas
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- For safety reasons basic English proficiency is required.
- Experience and knowledge of operating different types of floor and cleaning machines preferred.
- Valid drivers license and proof of car insurance.
- A pre-employment drug screen criminal background check and driving records check are required.
Physical Demands:
- Stand bend and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting.
- Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
Job Duties:
As you might expect cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part youll be:
- General Cleaning and Washing Windows
- Floor Work and Carpet Cleaning
- Work Orders and Post Construction Clean Up
- Power Washing and Painting
- Assisting With Route Work and Larger Managed Accounts
