Job Summary/Key Responsibilities:
The Marathon Petroleum Detroit Michigan Refinery has an opening for an Analyzer Technician.
AnAnalyzer Technician supports the efficient operation of the refinery through troubleshooting and repairing analyzer malfunctions.
Education Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must have an Associates Degree or equivalent in science (specialization in Electronics or Instrumentation) possess an appropriate certificate from a recognized technical school or association possess a higher degree in a related Engineering Program OR three or more years of relevant experience.
Must be able to wear appropriate PPE and physically perform the job duties.
Must be able to pass a physical ability test.
Must be able to pass both a Marathon written test and a hands-on skill demonstration test.
Pay and Benefits:
$50.48hr. with scheduled annual increases
Company sponsored annual bonus with target up of 6% of eligible wages
401k with company match up to 7%
