Job Summary
The Application Analyst I participates in design development testing implementation and maintenance of new and existing software applications. This role participates in multiple concurrent projects supporting the IS Manager Systems Team Lead and Sr App Analysts to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications and effectively communicated to software vendors and developers. The Application Analyst I supports end users troubleshoots issues maintains data integrity and optimizes workflows to enhance system functionality and business operations.Qualifications
Education
A bachelors degree in business healthcare administration or a related field of study. Equivalent experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree
Experience
1-3 years of experience in financial systems management financial analysis IS administration or a related role.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of financial systems and enterprise reporting tools.
Experience in translating business requirements into functional system designs.
Proficiency in data reconciliation reporting and quality assurance practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commitment to accuracy detail and continuous improvement.
Proficient in Excel
