What youll be doing
As a member of the Personal Banking Team youll use your expertise in financial services products and customer service to help clients as they manage their day-to-day banking needs. As a Personal Banker whether its taking the lead to answer questions assisting with transactions or proactively connecting clients with the right team members youll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. Youre flexible to work our banking center hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience youre flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.

At CIBC we offer a competitive total rewards role has an expected salary range of $51300 - $53000 for the Minooka IL market based on experience qualifications and location of the successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus component. CIBC offers a full range of benefits and programs to meet our employees needs; including Medical Dental Vision Health Savings Account Life Insurance Disability and Other Insurance Plans Paid Time Off (including Sick Leave Parental Leave and Vacation) Holidays and 401(k) in addition to other special perks reserved for our team hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. Additional total compensation and benefits details will be provided during the hiring process.
