Job Description
Starting Salary Range: $150000 - $171000; position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic plans for the next 12 years and manage associated risks.
- Lead initiatives to improve process integration using Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Develop and maintain communication plans with external affairs teams.
- Partner with internal SMEs to address complex customer questions on MISOs markets operations and planning.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional collaboration through committee and project team participation.
- Develop and monitor departmental goals and manage team hiring budgeting and forecasting.
What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or Computer Science (Masters preferred).
- Experience working in customer management and/or energy markets (ISO/RTO background preferred).
- Strong collaboration team development and process improvement skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual conferencing tools (Teams Webex Zoom).
- Knowledge of energy market implementation transmission planning and regulatory policies.
