GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Our food services department is on the front lines of our ministry and may be the first point of contact individuals from the public may meet. This person should reflect the values of Restoring Hope and Changing Lives. Under the oversight of the Food Services Supervisor prepare and serve meals and participate in safe kitchen operations. Work alongside staff students and volunteers in planning preparing and serving meals within assigned shift (breakfast lunch dinner) at a professional level and to offer quality hospitality. Utilize safe food handling practices and standards in accordance with county health code.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Good eye-hand motor skills: precise careful and safety-conscious.
Computer literate able to utilize email communications.
Good math skills as applicable to cooking.
Interpersonal skills able to clearly communicate verbally and promote teamwork.
Able and willing to work with diverse groups of people treating all with dignity and respect
