Job Title: Student Accounts Receivable Manager
Department: Business Office
Reports To: Controller
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Role: The Student Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable including the billing and collection processes to minimize delinquent accounts while optimizing the student experience. They will work directly with students parents faculty staff and outside agencies to provide customer service while communicating and following university policies and institutional regulations.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience - At least two years of billing Accounts Receivable and collection experience.
Education - A two-year college degree is required while a bachelors degree is preferred. Completion of specialized collections training is also preferred.
Interpersonal Skills - Courtesy tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information building relationships or soliciting cooperation.
Other Skills - Must be proficient with Microsoft office software and possess advanced Excel skills. Experience with billing software systems is preferred.
