What you will be doing:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure seamless operation of property systems including HVAC electrical and plumbing.
- Maintain the propertys pristine condition through minor repairs and upkeep including painting and general maintenance.
- Monitor safety standards across all areas and address issues promptly.
- Coordinate service schedules for equipment repairs and installations.
- Oversee pool and spa maintenance to ensure luxury-level cleanliness and functionality.
- Provide gracious knowledgeable support to guests regarding property amenities.
Qualifications :
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities able to work well as part of a team
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Previous experience with painting plumbing electrical wiring and pool/spa maintenance
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays

Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
