Acuity is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to install PC hardware and software mobile device systems and any related peripherals. In this role you will load and verify operation of software such as operating system word processors spreadsheets and other applicable software while troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and user problems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelors or Associate Degree with an emphasis in Computer Science or MIS with a high degree of achievement or significant relevant prior work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Exposure and/or experience in computer software and hardware installation operating systems mobile devices and troubleshooting skills preferred. Network technical training or equivalent and experience in network communications desirable.
