About this Position

Full-time fixed term to June 2026 (parental leave backfill)

Hybrid working Melbourne CBD based

We are seeking a results-oriented Manager Partnership & Marketing Official Visitor Products to join our Global Brand and Consumer Marketing team. This leadership role is responsible for the strategic development and execution of Visit Victorias Official Visitor publications ensuring they align with the States tourism priorities brand messaging and campaign themes.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented hardworking team to deliver engaging content grow advertising partnerships and ensuring success of the organisations print channel.

Youll ensure our hero publication the quarterly Official Visitor Guide is helpful and inspiring for visitors and a valuable media channel for our partners.

About you

Youre a dynamic collaborative leader with a strong background in sales experience or delivering to revenue targets with advanced partnership development and project management skills. With deep experience across tourism media or publishing you understand how to deliver high-quality high-impact content that resonates with audiences while supporting commercial and strategic goals.

You excel at leading teams managing complex projects and balancing competing priorities all while keeping a sharp eye on deadlines editorial integrity and return on investment.

You will bring:

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams provide creative direction and manage projects to tight deadlines

Proven experience managing marketing and partnership budgets including forecasting and procurement compliance

Strong background in negotiating and securing advertising sponsorship or strategic partnerships

Proven ability to balance editorial integrity with financial performance to deliver high-value visitor products

Experience aligning content and campaigns with tourism brand strategies and industry objectives

Excellent interpersonal communication influencing and stakeholder engagement skills

Deep understanding of Victorias tourism landscape experiences and brand positioning
