Overview of the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst where youll apply your expertise to conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams. This role is crucial in supporting informed decision-making within our business unit and offers the opportunity to directly impact senior management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex operational analyses to support strategic business decisions
- Lead medium to large project teams with cross-functional collaboration
- Review and approve findings for presentation to senior management
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with other business units on key initiatives
- Direct mentor and coach lower-level analysts
- Develop and implement process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 8 years of related business analysis experience
- Nuclear background preferred
- Work Management/Systems knowledge
- Safe Agile process understanding
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
