Are you a new or seasoned LPN with a passion for mental health At Easterseals PORT Health were seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Virginia REACH team designed to provide support to individuals in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) located in Woodbridge VA.

What Youll Do
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides medical support and nursing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs within our adult crisis therapeutic home. Responsibilities include administering medications conducting nursing assessments providing health education and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams maintaining accurate documentation and supporting individuals overall health and wellness.
