Warehouse Team Leader Weekend Shift
Outskirts of Northamptonshire (NN6)
Saturday & Sunday 15:00pm 01:00am
14265.17 weekend shift bonus
We have proudly partnered with a leading logistics expert on their expansion of a weekend shift team leader. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes run smoothly team members are supported and performance targets are consistently met. The position plays a key role in labour planning safety compliance and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities within a designated zone of the warehouse ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
- Allocate team members and equipment to meet operational priorities.
- Uphold safety protocols and respond appropriately to any safety-related incidents or breaches.
- Address operational issues quickly to minimize disruption.
- Actively engage with staffcelebrating successes resolving concerns and building strong team morale.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular coaching feedback and development opportunities.
- Support people management tasks such as attendance tracking performance conversations and disciplinary procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives helping to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Take part in or lead specific projects aligned with warehouse or business goals.
