Distribute the daily press in common areas; check the accommodation register (check-ins and check-outs).
Review parked vehicles against the previous days list and charge the parking fee to the corresponding room.
Maintain a log of the luggage room (check-ins and check-outs) for deposited items (guest belongings or internal materials such as stationery etc.).
Make wake-up calls for guests or knock on their door if necessary; escort guests to their rooms upon arrival.
Carry guest luggage upon check-in and check-out when requested.
Call taxi services and assign guests to vehicles as appropriate.
Assist guests and resolve their requests within your scope of responsibility or redirect them accordingly.
