The Opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role for a product innovator ready to take on both high-impact strategy and hands-on execution. Youll lead the integration of a newly acquired competitor platform into the DataCandy ecosystem while simultaneously owning the growth roadmap for our core product suite.

What Youll Be Doing

Own & Lead Platform Integration Strategy

  • Lead the strategic integration of a competitor platformunifying user experiences feature sets and backend systems into DataCandy.
  • Identify functionality gaps overlaps and optimization opportunities to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Define and oversee the customer migration journey ensuring minimal disruption and long-term value.

Define & Execute Growth Product Strategy

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap aligned to key growth levers like adoption monetization and retention.
  • Leverage market trends customer insights and performance data to uncover expansion opportunities and prioritize investment.

Build Customer-Centric Solutions

  • Stay close to customers and frontline teams to deeply understand needs challenges and opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of outcome-driven delivery and customer empathy across your team.

Lead & Grow a High-Performing Team

  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers; set clear objectives empower autonomy and invest in growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering UX Sales Support and Marketing to bring products to life and drive go-to-market success.

Drive Impact Through Metrics & Experimentation

  • Define and track KPIs for adoption usage retention and customer satisfaction (NPS CSAT).
  • Use experimentation (A/B tests cohorts feedback loops) to inform decisions and continuously optimize.

What You Bring

Product Strategy & Execution Expertise

  • 7 years of product management experience with 2 in a senior leadership role.
  • Bachelors degreein Business Computer Science Engineering or a related fieldMBA or Masters degreeis a plus but not required
  • Proven success in scaling B2B SaaS platforms or marketplace products.
  • Strong technical literacy; comfortable discussing APIs architecture and integration tradeoffs with engineering.
  • Experience in loyalty rewards or gift card products is a plus.

Strategic Thinking & Influence

  • Exceptional ability to connect user needs with business outcomes.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting vision roadmaps and impact to executive stakeholders.
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams in cross-functional fast-paced environments.

Integration & Operational Excellence

  • Hands-on experience managing platform integrations especially in the context of acquisitions or consolidations.
  • Strong project leadership risk management and communication skills to lead migrations end-to-end.
