Job Description
Our Graduation coach is aveteran educator who works with our Cohort 2020 studentsCommitment to amaximum of 20 hours per week They will weekly coach & monitor theprogress of students from Cohort 2020 - Direct contact with each student isexpected every Coaches will be working with: Cohort 2020 At-risk ofnot graduatingGrad Coaches will maintain a weekly electronic Student Log ofprogress monitoring and evidence of coaching conducted with each Coach will maintain a Graduation Coach weekly electronic log of hoursworked each Grad Coach will participate in training that will developor enhance the skills necessary to support student success and manage andreport student progress.
