Job Description
NOW HIRING: Quality Control Technician 1st Shift
Location: Santa Teresa NM
Schedule: MondayFriday 5:30 AM 1:30 PM (Saturdays & Overtime as Needed)
Pay:$13.85/hr. Temp-to-Hire
Attendance Bonus:$125 every 4 weeks!

Requirements:
Testing & interview required
Able to read write & speak English
Basic math skills
Must be able to work in cold environments & lift up to 25 lbs.
Knife handling required
Must adhere to safety and quality standards
Duties Include:
- Handling USDA & SSOP documentation
- Conducting product & solution tests
- Performing metal detection and box weight checks
- Cooking samples for organoleptic testing
- Label printing & backup support for QA staff
- Participating in weekly QA meetings
