The club offers a refined dining experience to its distinguished membership. This role is integral to the food and beverage team with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary offerings and contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience.

Servers provide white-glove service ensuring each members experience is personalized and seamless. They are intuitive discreet and attentive to every detail of the dining journey.
Principal (Essential) Duties

Principal (Essential) Duties
- Deliver a sophisticated dining experience anticipating member needs with polish and professionalism.
- Clearly communicate menu knowledge including ingredients preparation and wine pairings.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with tact and care.
- Maintain tables and dining areas to club standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2years of service experience in luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food wine and fine dining etiquette.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a composed demeanor.
