Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Pharmacist:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to both inpatients and outpatients ensuring safety accuracy and timeliness in dispensing medications.
- Participate in clinical and administrative duties to support daily operations within the pharmacy department.
- Contribute to the continuous development evaluation and improvement of pharmacy services aligning with current best practices and community needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Be available for rostered duties on weekends and public holidays as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy.
- Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High level of clinical competency and attention to detail.
- Available for rostered duties on weekends and public holidays as required.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3800 AWS VB
- Working Location: East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week (8.5 hours per day)
