What Youll Do:

Assist customers through phone chat and email with quick clear solutions

Support users with questions about their accounts websites or technical issues

Break down complex topics into easy-to-understand advice with patience and empathy

Share insights to help improve the customer experience continuously

Work hand-in-hand with a diverse and collaborative global team
Who You Are:

Fluent in both French and English (essential)

Experienced or highly motivated to work in digital marketing and/or web design

Tech-savvy with a keen interest in expanding your digital know-how

Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills

Customer service experience is a bonus but not mandatory

Available for full-time on-site shifts in Lisbon Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 22:00 (rotating shifts)
