Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage our front desk operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support manage visitor flow and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the campus
- Manage front desk activities including phone calls and correspondence
- Oversee visitor flow and connect visitors with relevant personnel
- Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and relevant documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
