Requirements:
- Experience in program/project management continuous improvement or service transformation
- Experience using data tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau) and/or service platforms (e.g. ServiceNow BMC)
Responsibilities:
1. Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyzing current processes identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency quality and productivity.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Reporting findings to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations.
3. Project Management:
- Managing continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensuring projects align with organizational goals and objectives.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Working with various teams and departments to implement changes.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Training and Support:
- Providing training and support to employees on new processes and systems.
- Ensuring the successful adoption of new practices.
