Job Description
Due to business growth this investment company is recruiting a senior legal counsel to provide legal support on:
- Corporate activities including general commercial activities relating to private investments
- General in-house operational matters
- Managing internal stakeholders expectations
- Engaging external counsel and reviewing their advice
To qualify you should have the following profile:
- 10 PQE with general corporate/commercial experience
- Stable and flexible personality with team playing and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Cantonese would be advantageous too
