Associate Commercial Litigation and Investigations Hong Kong
Our client a top international law firm is seeking a commercial litigation and Investigations Associate to join their Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation and investigation cases.
- Collaborate closely with a highly regarded partner on dispute resolution regulatory enforcement and investigations.
- Represent clients in disputes related to investment and financial products.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation and investigations.
- Common law qualified.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
- Experience working in top international law firms is highly valued.
- Strong academic background and excellent analytical skills.
