We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Litigation & Arbitration Partner to join the firms dynamic disputes team in Hong Kong. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned practitioner to take a leadership role in a globally recognised practice drive business growth and contribute to the firms continued success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-stakes cross-border commercial litigation matters leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results for clients.
• Handle complex international arbitration cases demonstrating a deep understanding of arbitration rules and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships identifying opportunities to expand the firms client base and enhance its market position.
• Drive business development initiatives including pitching for new work participating in industry events and building a robust professional network.
• Mentor and grow a team of talented lawyers fostering a culture of collaboration excellence and continuous learning.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice working closely with other partners to achieve the firms long-term goals.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong with a proven track record in cross-border commercial litigation gained from leading commercial law firms.
• Expertise in international arbitration is highly desirable.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A strong client following and demonstrated ability to generate new business.
• Excellent leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
• A proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
