Job Description
Our client a leading multinational law firm is currently looking for a Revenue Controller in Hong Kong as part of the Accounting Team.
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly billing and collection forecasts manage the full revenue cycle including WIP review bill preparation processing and collection
- Provide financial monitoring and audit support
- Oversee matter and client financial lifecycle suggest service improvements and provide audit support.
- Manage rates within 3E review client contracts and assist in client rate negotiations.
- Coordinate E-Billing process client onboarding and daily payment postings.
- Monitor client money balances apply funds and process refunds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline with 4-5 years experience in credit control management ideally in professional services or with billing/AP experience preferably from a law firm
- Candidates with financial expertise strong numerical skills and a solid grasp of profitability will be a plus
- Knowledge of Elite 3E is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent written oral and presentation skills in English Cantonese and Mandarin.
