What will you be doing
Collaborate with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tech solutions
Act as a trusted advisor on cloud-based tools and digital solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve more advanced product or platform-related issues
Help businesses optimize their IT setup to improve performance
Work closely with internal tech teams to escalate and solve complex cases
Keep up with product knowledge and share insights with clients
What do we need from you
Swedish on a C2 level
Strong English communication skills (B2)
2 years of B2B experience in tech cloud sales or account management
A customer-oriented mindset and solution-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
Tech-savvy and curious to learn more about digital transformation
