Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Agent Dutch Speaker Remote in Portugal
Location: Remote in Lisbon Portugal (must relocate to Portugal relocation & accommodation included)
Start Date: Flexible
About the Role:
Are you passionate about digital platforms and helping small businesses succeed As a Customer Support Agent you will assist Dutch-speaking clients of a major social media brand. Youll provide guidance on digital advertising products help troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a top-tier customer experience across phone email and chat.
Youll be part of a supportive international team that values personal growth and a positive work environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support small and medium-sized businesses to grow their presence on the platform
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products
- Offer tool and product guidance to enhance customer experience
- Log and track customer cases ensuring timely resolution
- Deliver insights and customer feedback to the internal teams
- Identify trends and proactively solve emerging issues
Training & Development:
- 3 weeks of paid intensive training (full-time 8h/day) to give you a strong foundation in digital products customer handling and tools
- On-the-job coaching and continuous upskilling
- Free Portuguese lessons sports activities and cultural workshops after you join
Salary & Benefits:
- 14-month salary structure: holiday & Christmas bonuses paid out monthly

Relocation & Support:
- Full relocation package with flight reimbursement after 9 months
- Airport pick-up and assistance setting up in Portugal (tax ID bank etc.)

- Yearly paid return flight home within the EU
What Were Looking For:
- Native/fluent Dutch speaker (spoken & written)
- Strong English communication for internal teamwork
- Interest in digital marketing and online advertising
- Customer-focused with solid problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate and work remotely from Lisbon
