Terrace Home Health and hospiceis seeking amazingNURSESto join our team!Tired of answering never-ending call lights Mandatory call shifts/overtime Are your shifts constantly being shuffled between days and nights Come work with us and enjoy scheduling your own visits around your availability.We are looking for a Full-time Nurse.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive information from referral sources and coordinate care for patients
- Verify and enter physician orders
- Identify level of care needed
- Receive and give verbal orders accurately
- Review clinical documentation
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with pharmacist
- Manage after-hours and weekend referrals (rotating on call)
Qualifications:
- Current license as a licensed LPN from the Missouri State Board of Nursing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care and hospice criteria preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare Medicaid and 10A criteria
