Job Description
Role Opportunities
- Work with sales and customers to develop solutions for custom equipment for paint/fluid/adhesive applications
- Assist with the design and development of industrial paint process equipment
- Panel layouts component selection etc.
- Servo Motion VFD Stepper Motion
- Studio 5000 / Factory Talk (required) Fanuc integration Siemens Codesys
- Document project electrical schematics using 2D CAD and SolidWorks Electrical
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Panel building and mechanical assembly if needed
- Onsite commissioning of systems
Successful Candidates Should Have the Following Skills & Experience
- Associate or bachelors degree in an engineering field
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems
- 3 years of experience with low voltage and high voltage 3-phase systems
- Ability to read and modify electrical prints using AutoCAD
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience in PLC programming (LD ST) with Allen Bradley
- Understanding of industrial network infrastructures including Ethernet and DeviceNet
- HMI development using PanelView
- Working knowledge of electrical circuits
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word email and Internet
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with others
- Support installation of both mechanical and software controls
