The Director of Integrated Marketing leads Salt & Straws holistic marketing strategy across all channels ensuring we consistently deliver on our mission to reinvent the ice cream experience through unexpected discovery and moments of full-faced attentionsharing experiences that inspire and connect us all. This role is responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns go-to-market planning for product launches national storytelling and brand partnerships that elevate brand perception and drive business growth across retail e-commerce and wholesale.
The Director ensures a cohesive and intentional brand presence across every touchpoint partnering closely with Retail Marketing Digital and Creative teams. They oversee the Community and Content team as well as the Marketing Operations Coordinator and collaborate cross-functionally to translate founder vision cultural insights and innovation pipelines into compelling narratives that come to life in-market.

Salt & Straw offers an employer-sponsored Commuter Benefit administered by ALICE. This benefit allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to use for certain work-related commuting expenses. These expenses include qualified parking costs mass transit expenses and ride sharing.
The IRS establishes a maximum amount of commuter assistance benefits that a Team Member can exclude from income for tax purposes. The limits for 2023 are $300 per month for qualified parking and $300 per month for mass transit and ride sharing.
