What Youll Do:
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by maintaining troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits PLCs and electronic control systems.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for machine installation and electrical setup.
- Perform electrical mechanical and basic plumbing repairs.
- Install motors lighting transformers control panels and conduit.
- Use testing equipment to identify issues and ensure safety and performance.
- Complete work orders and part lookups using CMMS software.
- Collaborate with team leads and occasionally guide junior technicians.
Qualifications:
- Education: 2-year Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
- Experience: 24 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in PLCs electrical circuits hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
- Familiar with electrical power and water distribution systems
- Able to read blueprints diagrams and perform mechanical repairs
- Comfortable using a CMMS for work tracking and parts inventory
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and pass a physical drug screening and background check.
