We are looking for a data professional who will support us with structuring our data across multiple systems and processes. As a (Junior) Data Manager (m/f/d) you are part of the Business Management Team in Munich and work closely with Process and Data Owners of the Contract Management department to increase understanding of the importance of the data and support the teams/departments success and scalability.
- Data Monitoring:You are responsible for monitoring various data points on a cross-department level and generating ad hoc lists for sales operational purposes
- Data Cleansing: You run cleanup projects and are responsible for accurate data throughout the whole Business & Contract Management Team
- Data Transparency: You make process gaps transparent that cause data discrepancy
- Data Quality Checks: You define additional data quality checks together with our Data Analyst that you monitor constantly
- Data Expert: You act as a subject matter expert for all data-related issues within the Business &Contract Management Team
Your fitness level
- Working Experience:You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree and experience in data domains like data analytics data cleansing or data lineage
- Mindset: You have an analytical mindset combined with a high-quality awareness
- Technical Understanding: You have a very good technical understanding (e.g. good knowledge of Excel/Salesforce/Tableau) and you are no stranger to words like data cleansing and mass uploads
- Project Management:You ideally have experience in project management
- Working style:You work accurately and have the will to improve EGYMs data quality constantly and sustainably
- Language skills: You are business fluent in English and ideally have a good command of German
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Data Cleaning: You took over some of the existing data quality reports and ran cleanup projects on them
- Data Monitoring: You defined additional data quality standards and reports to monitor them
- Data Expert: You are recognized as the departments primary expert on data issues
