Job Description
Position: Front-End Developer (angular) specializing in workfront UI
Experience: 5 - 7 years
Offshore / Onsite: Offshore (Pune)
Roles and Responsibilities-
Building and maintaining the user interface of applications within the Workfront environment utilizing the Angular framework. This involves translating design mockups and user stories into functional and visually appealing web pages collaborating with other developers and stakeholders and ensuring the application is performant and user-friendly.
1. UI Development: Creating and implementing user interfaces using Angular ensuring they are responsive accessible and aligned with design specifications.
2. Angular Expertise: Proficiently using Angular and its core concepts (components modules directives services templates) to build complex web applications.
3. Integration: Integrating the front-end with Workfronts backend systems likely through APIs to enable data flow and functionality.
4. Collaboration: Working closely with UX/UI designers product managers and back-end developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
5. Code Quality: Writing clean well-documented and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
6. Performance Optimization: Ensuring the application performs efficiently particularly in terms of UI rendering and user experience.
7. Testing: Contributing to the development and of automated tests for front-end components.
Primary Skills
1. Workfront Experience: Experience with Workfronts platform and APIs
2. Strong Angular knowledge: Deep understanding of Angular framework including its core concepts and features.
3. JavaScript Proficiency: Solid understanding of JavaScript including ES6 features.
4. HTML & CSS: Mastery of HTML and CSS for building well-structured and visually appealing interfaces.
5. API Integration: Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
6. Version Control: Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
7. Testing: Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing frameworks for Angular.
8. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI rendering and user experience.
Secondary Skills
1. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and the Angular ecosystem.
2. Agile Development: Participating in agile development ceremonies like sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
3. Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
