THE ROLE:
The Repair Receiving Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Repair Center by managing repair orders from receiving through processing using the Oracle Depot Repair system. This position works closely with repair technicians to ensure timely evaluation repair and calibration of analytic customer products while also providing warranty and turnaround status updates. This is a support-focused role within the department responsible for managing incoming customer products logging equipment upon arrival and coordinating the return shipment after service. The role maintains regular communication with customers oversees warehouse inventory for fast-moving parts and handles the ordering of standard and special parts to ensure timely repairs and efficient delivery service.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in receiving picking and processing repair orders and maintaining all aspects of the Repair Center through the Oracle Depot Repair; time used 30%
Additional time will be spent doing other clerical functions within the repair center; time used 30%.
Working with the repair technicians to provide repair support to customer products; time used 40%
All the above while striving to add customer value by meeting established customer service levels.
Assist in processing repair orders from receiving to picking
Provide warranty and turnaround status updates on customers orders.
Evaluate repair and calibrate various Analytic customer products
Follow-up with customer on evaluation information and to obtain authorization for repair
Enter Service and warranty data into Oracle system.
Complete material transactions and ordering parts as required per technicians need
Run discrepancy report weekly and clean up as needed
Create and update SFDC Cases as needed for quality assurance
Provide technical/service support to our Global ASC (Authorized Service Center) Network.
Flex time may be limited based on requirements of the team to provide customer support between 8:00 am 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer Service experience Experience with email and on the phone
Professional develop relationships with customers
Experience ERP or CRM system
Previous material management experience preferred
Previous customer service or repair service experience preferred
Must have working knowledge of PCs and PC software
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Key Skills and Attributes:
Must be customer service oriented
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
General office/bench environment

The estimated salary range for this position is $21 to $24/ pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills and experience.
