The Role:
Were seeking an Engine Calibration Engineer to lead calibration development for powertrain systems. Youll support performance drivability emissions and compliance targets across a range of engine platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize ECU calibrations for various conditions
Perform dyno and vehicle testing for performance and emissions
Analyze data identify issues and implement calibration changes
Interface with cross-functional teams and customers
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Automotive Engineering
2 years of engine calibration or powertrain development experience
Proficient with tools such as INCA ATI Vision or ETAS
Knowledge of combustion principles emissions systems and diagnostics
Preferred:
Experience with OBD and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with diesel gasoline or hybrid/EV calibration
OEM Motorsports programs Data-driven engineering Real-world impact
