About Us:
Martin Technologies is a trusted partner to global OEMs in the automotive aerospace marine and defense industries. With deep roots in motorsports we specialize in cutting-edge engineering testing and calibration services.

The Role:
Were seeking an Engine Calibration Engineer to lead calibration development for powertrain systems. Youll support performance drivability emissions and compliance targets across a range of engine platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize ECU calibrations for various conditions

  • Perform dyno and vehicle testing for performance and emissions

  • Analyze data identify issues and implement calibration changes

  • Interface with cross-functional teams and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Automotive Engineering

  • 2 years of engine calibration or powertrain development experience

  • Proficient with tools such as INCA ATI Vision or ETAS

  • Knowledge of combustion principles emissions systems and diagnostics

Preferred:

  • Experience with OBD and regulatory compliance

  • Familiarity with diesel gasoline or hybrid/EV calibration
