- Support the organization in achieving annual HSE goals and strategic plans
- Maintain and improve the HSE management system across all North American sites
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (OSHA EPA ISO etc.)
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Lead and facilitate the Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA) system including root cause analysis and reporting
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide HSE training and promote awareness to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
- Collect analyze and report HSE metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HSE improvement plans
- Maintain and manage Risk Management and Management of Change (MOC) programs
- Serve as a liaison with vendors suppliers customers and representatives on HSE matters
- Support customer-specific HSE programs and audits
- Replicate and standardize best practices across all North American facilities
