  • Support the organization in achieving annual HSE goals and strategic plans
  • Maintain and improve the HSE management system across all North American sites
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (OSHA EPA ISO etc.)
  • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Lead and facilitate the Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA) system including root cause analysis and reporting
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide HSE training and promote awareness to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
  • Collect analyze and report HSE metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HSE improvement plans
  • Maintain and manage Risk Management and Management of Change (MOC) programs
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors suppliers customers and representatives on HSE matters
  • Support customer-specific HSE programs and audits
  • Replicate and standardize best practices across all North American facilities
