Job Description
Our customer is searching for an Electrical Assembler. The required qualifications for the position are as following:
Duties/Essential Job Functions
- Daily QC checks of completed assemblies. Note discrepancies on Quality improvement sheet.
- Build and test all assemblies and systems per established specifications and procedures
- Perform control panel assembly and point-to-point wiring
- Install a variety of electronic components
- Utilize wire strippers screwdrivers soldering irons drill
- Work from electrical schematics blueprints and wire drawings
Equipment Used
- Measuring tools hand tools power tools etc.
- PCs label printers and test fixtures
- Soldering/de-soldering tools flux mask and wick.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years hands on experience in assembling/testing of electro-mechanical hardware to include one year experience with electrical assembly.
- Demonstrated proficiency with mechanical assembly techniques use of mechanical fasteners.
- Demonstrated proficiency with diverse hand-tools and power tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency with electrical assembly and wiring technique.
- Ability to interact with a computer terminal.
