Were looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to support our Group HR Leadership Team with high-quality financial insight reporting and analysis.
This is a high-exposure role perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative people-focused environment and enjoys driving better business decisions through finance.
What youll be doing
- Acting as a trusted partner to the Group HR Director and leadership team
- Leading the monthly forecasting and annual budget processes for the HR function
- Preparing monthly management accounts: P&L balance sheet variance analysis and insightful commentary
- Producing monthly reporting packs for cost centre managers and contributing to quarterly business reviews
- Ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls
- Running monthly budget reviews with HR to assess risks opportunities and forecast accuracy

Requirements
What were looking for
- Strong finance background qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience in management accounting business partnering or FP&A
- Able to explain financials to non-finance stakeholders clearly and confidently
- Highly organised detail-focused and comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Previous experience supporting HR or central functions is a plus but not essential
