Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee ACHM Spain Management S.L. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

What we expect from you
Handle reservations by phone and email
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Attend to guest requests and provide them with all necessary information (facilities schedules surroundings etc.)
Resolve complaints and claims referring serious issues to the Front Office Manager
Monitor daily billing and balance the cash register
Keep the system clean and up to date
Monitor booking status and closures handling them personally when necessary
Minimum education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Professional category: Employee
Residence: Within the province of the job vacancy
Mandatory language: English Professional proficiency
Degree in Tourism or similar
At least 1 year of experience in the Front Office Department
Essential: knowledge and experience with Opera PMS
Valuable: knowledge of Marsha and other hotel management systems
Languages: English (B2). Other languages are a plus
