Are you passionate about water safety and education Life Saving Victoria (LSV) is now accepting applications for new team members to join our dynamic and impactful education programs for the 2025/2026 season.
Whether youre starting your journey returning after a break or looking to take on a new challenge this is your chance to make a difference!
Diving into Daily Duties
Were recruiting for a range of exciting positions across our education programs. Explore the opportunities:
- Education Instructor (Open Water) Deliver life saving education at open water venues
- Education Instructor (Classroom and Events) Lead school-based incursions and community events
- Education Instructor (Diversity and Inclusion) Support inclusive beach programs for diverse communities

Were seeking applicants who:
- Are enthusiastic about water safety and community education
- Bring strong communication and teamwork skills
- Are committed to creating safe inclusive and engaging learning environments
- Hold relevant qualifications for the role:
- Required Qualifications for Education Instructor (Open Water) Education Instructor (Diversity and Inclusion):
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (First Aid)
- VIC Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Current LSV Community Surf Life Saving Certificate; or SLSA Bronze Medallion
- DriverLicence
- Required Qualifications forEducation Instructor (Classroom and Events)
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (First Aid)
- VIC Working With Children Check (Employee)
